This modern slasher film was found on Netflix and is an extreme version of high school antics turning into nightmares. The movie was amusing to say the least. It had some interesting deaths and blood filled. This movie was a step in a different direction with Heather Morris actress in the show, “Glee,” in which she plays a dumb blonde lesbian who knows how to dance into the leading role of this movie where she plays as a intelligent and damn good poker player. Now also adding to this cast is the eccentric Jake Busey and the overly flamboyant Perez Hilton the party animal who hides at the sight of danger. All in all it was a mediocre slasher film with not to memorable of characters but definitely good amusement.
The movie is about a group of friends who get together for a high school reunion in a nice house in the middle of nowhere which makes sense because all slasher films have a similar set up. Well the friends I believe were all on the yearbook committee and made up their own Most Likely… personas. One was most likely to eat anything, another most likely to spike the punch and party, etcetera, and etcetera. But their is a maniacal murderer around who kills them in a similar fashion as their most likely personas. Their are many gruesome murders which my personal favorite is ripping someones head off after nearly decapitating them with a graduation cap. That was enjoyable to watch. Now the murderer’s outfit consisted of a graduation cap and gown with a crazy mask that looks like a 10 year old made and the most brutal weapon of all a box cutter. So you can see the entertainment value and why I enjoyed it.
The movie was enjoyable but be weary there is not much nudity in it so it only worked off of gore which it had plenty of that within the movie. I enjoyed the movie but it was not great, good, but just mediocre though I am glad that Mrs. Morris did step out of her casting type for this movie from dumb blonde to heroine though I would not have mind seeing more of her. Haha. If you know what I mean.
